“Diaspora,” a mixed media assemblage by artist Lynn Goldstein bears photographs of her family who had the courage to leave their home to escape the Holocaust and hope for a better future in the United States. It is part of an art exhibit called “After the Holocaust” on display through May 19 in the Jewish Community Center of Northern Virginia at 8900 Little River Turnpike in Fairfax.
